Well we are getting the Gold Camaro ready for Topeka in August. I think I'll be doing the driving there. Tim doesn't have enough vacation time left so he will be coming up the day after we get there. He has to save his vacation to be with his wife when she has their 2nd child. Which is going to be a girl. The first girl in 47 years in our family. Man is that gunna be different. We love it though. First grand daughter and great grand daughter. Doesn't get any better than that guys.

Well anyway hope we can bring home some money this time at Topeka. A Wally would be nice too. I know it won't be because we didn't try.

Vince, congrats to all of you guys on the addition. Wait 'til that little sweety is clicking off 11s in one of Grandpa's hot rods!!!

I hope you wipe the the track with all the losers at Topeka. You have to be excited about doing the actual driving, man.

Other than the Camaro, are you taking any other cars?

Well, We decided not to go to Topeka because it's too dang hot. We are going to go to Indy in Oct. when the weather cools down. It's just no fun at all when it's high 90's. Kinda takes the fun out of it.
I'll keep you posted on the Indy trip.

Funny thing, I had lost his # and he called me the other day.
Still doing custom rod building and some of the cars he has built for retro-tec have been feature cars in some of the hotrod mags.
