Buddy's newest addition to the fleet

My best friend's uncle, who is also a friend just bought this car. He's looking to turn 9s. I know nothing more about the car than what is listed, but what should he expect to push power-wise to turn 9s.

He's also got these in the stable:

The car in our banner-1969 Chevelle big big block with 4 speed:

1967 Impala SS427 4-speed with AC, power windows, etc

came with 2 engines, a LS-7 454 and a more stock big block.

1999 stock bore 5.7, Vortecs, Holley Stealth Ram EFI intake, GM cam, honest 400+hp, 700R4, 4.10s, SSM bars.

Very nice Chevelle.
With the car weighing 2350 lbs he should be in the 9's with 450 to 500 hp I would say. 9's shouldn't be a problem at all. I'd say low 9's or high 8's should be pretty easy to come by.

AWESOME!!! That looks damn-near identical to the 69 I met this past summer! But his is just for show, not racin`..
