Found a 1970 Buick Skylark 350 2 barrel, auto, A/C is hooked up but not working. All original top to bottom. Very little rust anywhere, Green with green interior and a bench seat . Interior is all original with some tears in the seats. Headliner drooping and it needs paint. He is asking $3500.00. I figure I would offer him $2000.00 What do you guys think?
