I just got off the phone with my cousin.

It appears that My Aunt had a major stoke early this week and is not expected to live much longer.

Please please please pray for her comfort and for her family.

Aunt Mary is my favorite Aunt, in fact she was as close to a second mom as I could have ever had.

It has been 3 years since I have seen her as my cousin moved her from Boise to Kalispell Montana to be close to him.
She is 89 yrs old and has had a wonderful life.


I am happy that we talked on the phone about a month ago, my brother and I were planning a trip up to see her this year but that will not happen now.

When she passes she will be brought back here to Boise to be laid to rest along side her husband.

Sad news, I'm sorry for the loss of your aunt, Carl. You have great, happy memories of her and that is what will last forever. I pray that she will not suffer.

It was a hard blow to find this out today.

My Aunt Mary is such a wonderful woman and after my mom passed away in 1988, she was the only relative outside my brother and sister that took the time to be with us and help us heal.
My time on the phone with her last month will be cherished forever, I just wish I had been able to get up to Kalispell to see her.

Talked to my cousin again last night.
Apparently my Aunt's stroke was so bad that she is unable to swallow.
Her lungs are filling with fluid and her entire right side of her brain is dead.

We do not know how long she will hang on but she is being medicated to maintain comfort until she passes.

Again, I cannot express my thanks and appreciation for all of your thoughts and concern.
I am touched beyond words, Thank You!!!!!!

My Aunt Mary passed away last night just after 1 am mst.
She will be with her husband soon and is no longer in any pain.

She will be missed by all who knew her here on earth, but we are blessed forever with her smile, her laughter and enduring spirit.
I love her dearly and the memories I have I hope will sustain me until I can finish grieving.
I was lucky to have had her as an aunt and in my life.
