engine builder called today , he went to prime the motor and the rollor lifters have the oil hole in the wrong place, anyways they are not letting oil get to top end, so he is going on a road trip to were we are dynoing motor, guy has some crower roller lifters, with one pass on them, so just a lil more money damn it, and yes my pushrods will also most definetly be wrong size also, so will also need to replace oh well, better now then later

IF you have the chance, see if you can find some Morel lifters. They are the best, I know someone that has some...brand new in the box for sale...let me know and I'll get you guys hooked up.

Gorgeous engine!!!

Was the intake powder coated?

I know a secret that will make your intake easy to keep clean and shining.

I like your attitude.

Now I am going to let out a secret that will astound and amaze many of you.

Go down and buy or order some POR Clear!
I must stress the importance of the clear, it is called PELUCID POR 15.
You can spray or brush it on, easiest to brush on.
You will not see any brush marks and heat helps to cure it to a rock hard surface.
LOL, I sound like an advertisement but this stuff does not yellow, fade or chip and if you spill oil, gas etc on your intake (or what ever you use it on) you just take a rag or paper towel and it wipes right up, no staining.

I first learned of it when I went to a car show and a guy had a beautiful 69 Camaro with a very custom painted intake.
I asked how it looked so good and that is when he told me about POR.

It is way more than a rust preventative anymore.
