Keep it if you can afford to, the market is not good right now because of the economy and I fear you would never get what you need to out of it.
If you can keep it and get by, I say do that.

Just letting you know that I got you in my prayers dude. Health is probably the one thing we all take for granted till we find out we are not indestructible like we were we when we were 20 years old. Crap like Diabetes and Hypertension do there number on a lot of us, myself included.
What I do know is that attitude is everything! I had never known how bad depression can do you and it takes a lot to climb out of the black hole, remember on this forum we are a lot like family..... yeah that means we might have the cranky uncle or the weird in law but we are for the most part here to help each other.....think positive... I also have been away for quite a spell.
